1. Introduction and Scope
This Code of Conduct outlines the principles of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior expected from Andes Dev LLC ("linkable.id"), our employees, our Customers, their Authorized Users, and our third-party partners.
As a B2B platform, we believe that trust is the foundation of our business. This Code governs all B2B interactions related to the linkable.id platform and services.
2. Core Principles
2.1. Integrity and Compliance with Laws
All parties are expected to conduct their business in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bribery, corruption, and any form of illegal business practice. All business records must be accurate and transparent.
2.2. Respect and Professionalism
We are committed to an environment of mutual respect. All interactions must be professional and free from harassment, intimidation, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. We value diverse perspectives and expect all parties to treat others with decency and fairness.
2.3. Confidentiality
All parties must respect and protect the confidential information of others. For our Customers, this includes their "Customer Content" and "Brand Assets". For linkable.id, this includes our proprietary technology. Information should not be disclosed or used outside of the purpose of the business relationship.
2.4. Ethical Use
We expect our Customers, partners, and employees to use the linkable.id platform responsibly and ethically. The platform's features (such as dynamic redirects) are powerful tools for marketers and must not be used for deceptive or harmful purposes, as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Reporting
If you believe a linkable.id employee, Customer, or partner has violated this Code of Conduct, please contact us at [compliance@linkable.id]. We will investigate all reports confidentially and take appropriate action.
